Several months ago I had the honor of doing this invite for this young lady’s 15th birthday party also called, a Quinceañera (click here if you don’t know what it is). It is grand celebration for the whole family and I was honored to do the invite for them.
This is the front of the invite
On the back is her Court of Honors
This is a separate invite that she sent to friends that were invited to only the dance. 
The main invite was printed on a 6x9 card and the dance invite was printed on a 5.5x4.
